This journey eventually led me to live in an Indian ashram, surrounded by the wisdom of my swamis. Their teachings revealed to me a depth to yoga that extended beyond the mat. They taught me about yogic traditions of self-discipline and self-realization, showing me how yoga was not just a practice, but a way of life.
Through their guidance, I became a traditional yoga teacher. It is a role that I am honored to fill, but the truth is, in the world of yoga, we are all forever students. Even as I share my teachings with you, I am always learning, always growing.
My Transformation


16 years ago, I found myself stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time. I was drawn in by the promise of a physical practice, a way to stretch and strengthen my body.
But over time, I discovered that yoga offered so much more than just asanas. As my practice deepened, I found myself drawn to pranayama and meditation.
These were transformative elements that stretched my mind and heart in the same way that yoga poses stretched my body. I discovered a sense of compassion, love, and a connectedness to something larger than myself.
